Do you handle my money or pay my mortgage for me?

No. You stay 100% in control. We coach you, build your plan, and give you tools. You make all payments directly to your lender or savings accounts.

Do I need a HELOC to use FTO?

Not always. Some clients use HELOCs as a tool, others don’t. We’ll help you decide what fits your risk level, cash flow, and local lending options.

What if my income is variable?

Many clients have irregular income. We design your plan with a safe baseline and optional “bonus” injections when your income is higher.

Can you work with my existing lender or realtor?

Absolutely. We’re happy to coordinate with your lender or real estate agent, as long as you authorize it. Think of us as your personal strategy layer.
